The original restoration of the AT11 was completed in 1999 and hundreds of children of all ages enjoyed “piloting” the craft until Katrina damage forced the closure of access to the interior in 2005. In 2015 we re-built the interior once again making it accessible to visitors who would like to try the pilot seat. Interior gauges were replaced, the flooring was patched and repaired and many parts were re-fabricated and re-painted.
